== Deploying and recalling ==<br />
* Right-click a bot capsule to deploy the bot: "''{name} is out!''" Right-click again to pack it up: "''{name} is packed up.''"<br />
* '''One bot at a time:''' deploying a bot packs up any other bot you have out.<br />
* The capsule of your active bot has to stay with you, in your hotbar, storage or backpack. If it is gone for more than 3 seconds, for example because you dropped it or put it in a chest, the bot is packed up.<br />
* Only the owner can interact with a bot. Pressing the use key on your own bot opens [[PocketBots:Lugg|Lugg's]] chest; other bots just beep at you.<br />

== Following ==<br />
* Bots follow you in Survival and in Creative.<br />
* A bot walks after you and stops a couple of blocks away.<br />
* If it falls more than 24 blocks behind, it teleports to you. A bot that ends up more than 48 blocks away respawns right next to you.<br />
* Bots are invulnerable, so they never need to be healed or protected.<br />

== Logging out and changing worlds ==<br />
* When you log out, your bot disappears. It comes back when you log in again.<br />
* When you change worlds, the bot is recalled in the old world and appears with you in the new one.<br />
* Bots are never saved into the world itself, only into their capsule.<br />

== HUD ==<br />
* Your active bot's icon and name are shown to the right of your hotbar.<br />
* Each active bonus is shown as an icon on the left edge of the screen.<br />

== Voices and thoughts ==<br />
* Every 12 to 40 seconds, your bot beeps in one of five droid-style sounds: happy, questioning, chattering, sad or excited. Each bot type has its own pitch.<br />
* Every 45 to 120 seconds, your bot shows one of 50 thoughts in a bubble above its head for a few seconds, for example:<br />
** "Beep boop. I mean... hello!"<br />
** "Error 404: snack not found."<br />
** "Please don't forget me in a chest."<br />
** "I'm the best bot. Don't tell the others."<br />
