What all bots share

  • How to get one: only by opening a sealed capsule. There is no recipe for a specific bot.
  • Chance: each of the nine bots has the same chance, 1 in 9, regardless of the capsule's rarity.
  • Rarity: comes from the capsule. Every bot exists in all five rarities. See Rarities and Bonuses.
  • Color variants: every bot has three, chosen at random when the capsule is opened.
  • Name: every bot gets a random name, such as Bolt, Sprocket or Pixel, often with a number like "Gizmo-42".
  • Invulnerable: bots cannot be hurt or killed.
  • Following: bots walk after you and teleport to you if they fall too far behind. A bot that ends up very far away respawns next to you.
  • Voices and thoughts: each bot beeps in its own pitch and sometimes shows a thought bubble. See Mechanics.
  • No levels: bots do not gain experience or levels. A bot's bonuses are fixed once its capsule is opened.
