Stat Lens
Stat Lens is an extension for Visual Studio Code. It adds a Stat Lens view to the Explorer with key figures for the open workspace: lines of code per language, files, folders and size, project age, Git history and dependencies.
Languages are detected with linguist-js, which uses the same rules as GitHub Linguist. The result is saved per workspace and shown right away the next time you open the folder. The view rescans on its own when files change.
