Better Storage has one command, /betterstorage, with the short alias /bs. It needs no permission.
Without a subcommand, /bs lists the subcommands.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/bs status |
Shows the mod version, whether debug logging is on, the version of Utility Connect, and how many network blocks were placed and broken since the server started. |
/bs items |
Lists the contents of the storage network you are standing at. |
/bs items <filter> |
Lists only items whose id contains the filter text. |
/bs items
- The command looks for the closest network block within 4 blocks of you and uses its network.
- The first line sums up the network: blocks, containers, item types and total items.
- Then up to 30 items follow, each with its item id and amount. If there are more, the last line tells you how many were left out; use a filter to narrow the list.
- If the network has no Storage Core or more than one, the command says so and lists nothing.
- Items are listed by their internal id (for example
Ingredient_Bar_Iron), not by their display name.
Some messages of /bs items and /bs status are currently in German.
For everyday use, the terminal and the Storage Observer show the same information in a friendlier way.
