The Forester's Backpack is for the woods and the fields. Felling a tree leaves logs, branches and saplings behind, and this backpack picks them all up.

Takes

• Logs, including half logs, of every wood type
• Branches and roots
• Plants of every kind: saplings, leaves, seeds, flowers, crops, ferns, moss, vines and fruit
• Sticks, Plant Fiber and hay
• Tree Bark and Tree Sap

It does not take planks or other worked wood. Planks, log stairs, log roofs, log walls and log beams go into the Builder's Backpack. Half logs fit both backpacks. The exact rules are on Item Filters.

Tips

• Plant Fiber is part of the Small backpack recipe. A Forester's Backpack collects it for you while you gather.
• Seeds and saplings pile up in many small stacks. A Medium or Big backpack keeps them together.
