The Miner's Backpack is for everything valuable that comes out of the rock. Take it into the caves and your ores, gems and crystals collect in one place while your inventory stays free for torches and blocks.

Takes

• Ores of every kind, for example Iron Ore or Prisma Ore
• Metal bars (ingots), for example Copper Ingots
• Gems, for example Diamonds
• Crystals, both the crystal blocks and crystal ingredients
• Charcoal
• Salt, the ingredient and the salt rock

It does not take stone, cobble or gravel. Those go into the Digger's Backpack. The exact rules are on Item Filters.

At the Workbench, in the Survival category:

Tips

• Pair it with a Digger's Backpack on mining trips. The Digger's Backpack catches the stone, the Miner's Backpack the loot.
• Smelted bars that you craft go into the backpack as well, as long as it has room.
