AnotherBackpackContent:Better Storage

From MutigerAffe Wiki

Another Backpack Content works together with Better Storage. With both mods on the same server, the storage terminal can empty and fill your backpacks in one click.

Requirements

  • Another Backpack Content 1.0.0 or newer
  • Better Storage 1.3.0 or newer

There is nothing to set up. Better Storage detects Another Backpack Content when the server starts and writes to the log whether the backpack buttons are on. Without Another Backpack Content, Better Storage looks and works as before.

The Backpacks box

Open the terminal of a Storage Accessor. Below the recipe details there is now a Backpacks box with two buttons:

Button What it does
Empty Moves the contents of every backpack you carry into the storage network, as far as there is room. It uses the same room check and messages as Store inventory.
Fill Fills your backpacks with matching items from the network. Each backpack only takes what belongs in it, following its filter.

"Every backpack you carry" means the backpacks in your hotbar, inventory, backpack slots and utility slot, the same places as for Auto-Pickup.

Messages

Message Meaning
You are not carrying any backpacks. No backpack in your hotbar, inventory, backpack slots or utility slot.
Your backpacks are already empty. Empty had nothing to move.
Put N items into your backpacks. Fill moved N items out of the network.
Nothing in the network fits into your backpacks. Fill found nothing that matches, or your backpacks are full.

Taking items out of the terminal

Items you take out of the storage terminal by hand stay in your inventory. They are moved, not picked up, so they don't jump into a backpack. Use Fill when you want them in your backpacks.
