NewRanch:Root Hollow

The Root Hollow is an underground biome in the dirt layer. It counts as active when about 130 Rooted Earth tiles are near you.

Generation

Each hollow lies between 25 tiles below the surface and 10 tiles above the rock layer and is made of 4–7 linked round chambers of Rooted Earth with Amber Sprouts and 2–4 veins of Deeproot ore. A world gets about one hollow per 1400 tiles of width (about 6 in a Large world).

Spawns

Vanilla spawns are reduced to 40%.
